Every transcript is kept as the speech-to-text engine produced it, unchanged. The draft you work with is AI-drafted from it where we can — punctuation added, filler words removed, sentences tidied — and is labelled as AI-drafted wherever it appears; after that, only you change it. Most files also arrive with a short summary above the transcript; recordings with little speech, or where a summary cannot be produced, arrive without one.
